Mackenzie Dooley

Academic Language Therapist | Literacy Consultant
Mackenzie brings more than 18 years of experience in education, spanning classroom teaching, school leadership, instructional coaching, literacy intervention, and dyslexia therapy. As a Certified Academic Language Therapist, she combines structured literacy expertise with a systems-level understanding of instruction and intervention to help students grow while supporting the families and educators around them.
Kelley Ballish
M.Ed., CALT
Academic Language Therapist | Literacy Consultant
Kelley brings 17 years of experience in education and an undergraduate background in speech and language. Her early work included supporting children with special needs and partnering directly with families in their homes. As a Certified Academic Language Therapist, she brings that family-centered perspective to structured literacy and dyslexia intervention, helping students build skills and confidence as readers.
